She’s been in the long-term rental industry for a while now, renting out a guest home on her property, but making Airbnb a part of her business allowed her to grow tremendously — to over 30 properties owned and managed.

There are two things that really stood out to us when we checked them out…
1. They have a 7 night minimum in the summer and a 2-3 night minimum in the other seasons, and they explain this and the reasons behind it to their potential guests!
2. They also have TWO master suites on the first floor…. WOW! If you have the luxury of designing your space or are currently renovating, you should definitely consider having two master suites!
